Must Have Products for Mock Scrapes

For over a decade, I've been making mock scrapes and have found some products that I really enjoy using. Here are a few of those products and reasons why you might want to use them for your own mock scrapes. Let's explore each product one by one.

The book explains all the glands that a whitetail deer uses to communicate with other deer. Understanding each gland simplifies the process of creating mock scrapes. SpyPoint Force Series Non-Cellular Trail Cameras

Trail Cameras

I strongly suggest using either a cellular or non-cellular camera to monitor your scrape. While there are many excellent cameras available, I prefer using SpyPoint Cameras. Although I like the cellular models, they restrict video length to 15 seconds. The non-cellular cameras in the Force line offer longer video durations. The Force-24 and Force-Pro-S 2.0 can record 1-minute videos with sound, while the new Force 4K captures up to 2-minute videos. It's important to have a high-quality camera at your scrapes to start cataloging the deer visiting them.
